Week 4

So we are half way through week four, am down 4 pounds, and FINALLY my arms and a little bit of my stomach is starting to take shape. I am actually sort of proud of how i am looking so far, so excuse the myspace pictures, but this is a picture I took last night!
Yes I know… I still have a lot of work to do but compared to where I was a year ago! I’m happy. Now the hard thing is changing my diet and routine again, so I can keep getting better.
Also trying to find a running buddy is hard! I have so many friends that want to run but they are afraid that they aren’t fit enough. Here is my comment to everyone, JUST DO IT! Yes, very Nike of me!
But seriously, if you are always using the fact you are out of shape to not work out, than your never going to get in shape. I am not an advanced person when it comes to exercise but I am not novice. I always find it better to workout with someone that is better than me, because I work harder to keep up.
So thats it for now. Sorry my blogs have been so short and not really super informative. Right now I am just trying to get through my own personal journey and get back into the right rhythm.
